Kobo Candles have quite a following and I can see why. I purchased my first Kobo Candle at Lather and Fizz’s Squaw Valley Store a few years ago. What drew me to the candle was the fact that it smelled amazing and that you could take the melted wax and rub it on your skin like lotion, smelling like your candle for the rest of the day – really cool!
The designs of the candles have a simplistic modern look that reminds me of San Francisco. The candles are made of domestically grown sustainable soybeans, making them an environmentally friendly gift to others or for yourself.
The fragrances are very unique and smell amazing. If you are in the Truckee / Tahoe area, I recommend visiting one of Lather and Fizz’s three locations (in the Village at Squaw Valley, in the Village at Northstar or in Cobblestone Square along the main strip of Tahoe City, Lake Tahoe. There you will be able to smell all the unique scents to decide which one is right for you.
